- Training Service
FIS KORDOBA holds these courses
according to the content of the course description in the area Training on the
FIS KORDOBA homepage; slight content changes may occur.
- Fees, Payment Requirements
The fees that are listed
in the course description in the current Training section of the FIS KORDOBA
homepage are valid, plus the respective sales tax.
We reserve the right to
make price changes.
The fees include training services, course
documentation and lunch, as long as nothing else is specified.
The fees are
to be paid immediately in full after the completion of the course and receipt
of the bill.
- Cancellation
Cancellations of registrations that we
receive up to 14 calendar days (day of receipt at FIS KORDOBA) prior to the
course date are free.
After that, or if you do not appear or if you do not
complete the course, the full price is to be paid (plus the respective valid
sales tax).
It is possible to send someone else instead of the registered
participant.
FIS KORDOBA may withdraw from the contract in case the minimum
required number of participants is not reached, or if the course must be
cancelled due to the speaker being ill or due to technical problems.
FIS
KORDOBA will attempt to reschedule the course date before it makes use of its
withdrawal rights, as far as it is possible. You will be notified of any
changes immediately.
- Copyright Concerning Training Documentation
The
training documentation or parts thereof may not be copied, reprinted,
translated or given to third parties without the explicit permission of FIS
KORDOBA. The participant agrees to respect the copyright of the software used
during the course and will not make an illegal copy thereof.
- Security
The participant is required to follow the
valid security provisions that are posted at the training center.
- Liability
FIS KORDOBA is liable without limitation
for any personal injury that may occur (life-threatening injuries, bodily
injuries or injuries to health) and will replace the costs incurred concerning
property damage to replace the items damaged up to the amount of EUR 50.000,--
per damage event. In the case of loss or damage to data media materials, the
replacement liability does not include the cost for the replacement of the lost
data.
- Additional Agreements, Court of Jurisdiction
Additional agreements must be submitted in written form. This is also true
for the revocation of the written form requisites.
The court of
jurisdiction is Munich, if the customer is a businessman according to the code
of commercial law.
