Earnings Controlling on the Basis of Market Interest Method

KORDOBA Bank Controlling offers different forms of earnings controlling: Constant Withdrawal at Nominal Values is the classic form for Interest and Provision, corresponding to GuV. Cash Value Method calculates the marginal cash value for the entire life of the respective account.


Both methods complement each other and are based on the calculation of the single account or transaction.

  • Both variations are based upon an identical database
  • The earnings statement can show results from single account to the complete bank via four levels:
    - Account / customer / customer group
    - Product / product group
    - Office
    - Profit center
  • Individual adaptable strengths / weaknesses analyses on the basis of the results databank within the standard
  • Derivative of controlling measures for new business
